Shipping & Recent Orders
Yes. Once your order is processed for shipping, you’ll receive a notification email with a link to your tracking page.

Processing and shipping times are highly dependent upon your location, the location of the facility, and the length of time needed to produce and process your order. In most cases, we ship orders out within 5-10 days but we always strive to get it to you as soon as possible.
Business days are Monday through Friday.

Returns & Exchanges
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Surveyor Threads does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Information regarding returns is provided in the packaging that was sent with your product(s). Please follow the instructions provided in the packaging. If the instructions are missing or you have any questions about where to send returns, please contact us.
We typically fulfill your order based upon your location. Your products will usually be produced and shipped from the closest facility to your location, but this can vary based upon the products you ordered and their availability.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few business days.
